I came into the dealership today after being distraught and out of a car for 3 months. Rodney and Braden went above and beyond anything I could have imagined and helped me out getting me into a car I could and out of a car for 3 months. Rodney and Braden went above and beyond anything I could have imagined and helped me out getting me into a car I could afford and is top notch compared to what I was expecting to be able to get. Braden was our finance expert and gave of a lot of very useful information on how to handle the financing going forward, insurance info and helped us find the perfect warranty. Rodney helped me find my first car back in July that was totaled and remembered me and exactly what I liked and without having to look at any other cars he brought me my dream car and helped me name her. I can’t say how grateful I am to have been handled with such great service and respect. I didn’t feel pressured. They both completely understood my situation and needs and within 3 hours I was able to surprise my kids with our new family vehicle. Thank you so much Toyota of McKinney.
