Although Laurie was very nice and accommodating I feel management was very pushy and tried to slip things into the financing without explaining. We had to catch the changes. Pleasant 1hour experiense Everyone was very pleasant and courteous with customer service. I had an oil change and filter and I was done in an hour and 15 minutes with washing the car.
