He was ecstatic! When I returned with him the next day to purchase the vehicle, I understood what he meant by "everyone was so nice." Our salesman, Lavern Ford, was the best. He had a huge smile that matched his personality. He was very informative and took the time to answer all my son's questions regarding the vehicle (and mine). Unfortunate I purchased a pre-owned Fusion about 1 month ago. My salesman, Lavern, was great. I liked the Fusion very much. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturda I purchased a pre-owned Fusion about 1 month ago. My salesman, Lavern, was great. I liked the Fusion very much. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday and the first time I drove it on the highway was that Monday. I noticed a constant vibration in the entire car and called immediately. The service advisor, Matt, was great to work with. Unfortunately, I had to return on 3 separate occasions to figure out what the vibration was. After leaving the vehicle with them for over 6 days, on 3 occasions they were unable to rectify the issue. They admitted that there was a definite vibration, but determined it was normal. I was scheduled to come in a 4th time to drive it again with the sales manager, but I ended up trading it only a month into it. I didn't have any more fight or time to give to this. I was out my down payment and had to put more money down on another vehicle this past Saturday. I am disappointed with the outcome and being told that the car had a normal vibration, which is confusing since they tried to fix it 3 times and admitted that it was there. I am disappointed in the time and money I spent on this and I regret the purchase. Hopefully, Winner Ford will use this as a learning opportunity and use it to help customers in the future. Since I am no longer a customer I don't expect anything else from them. I am writing this review in hopes that the appropriate company leaders see it and ensure that it does not happen in the future. I'd hate to see another customer waste the time that I did on something that ended the way that my experience did. More

Purchased Used Truck Drove down from Syracuse to purchase used Chevy truck from Ford dealership. Yes, I am crazy but this was graduation present for my daughter and older Drove down from Syracuse to purchase used Chevy truck from Ford dealership. Yes, I am crazy but this was graduation present for my daughter and older vehicles outside of NY are in much better shape due to our winters and salt on the roads. Pat Duff and Lavern Ford were both great. I am a Chevy guy but would recommend this dealership. Even received video email from Lavern congratulating me on the purchase. More
