My Review of Paradise Chevrolet:
Lawrence was awesome to work with from start to finish. He was friendly and flexible, and very concerned about my husband and I ending up with a car and a deal that made us happy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and answered all of our questions openly and honestly. He worked closely with his manager to ensure that we received the best possible combination of rebates and discounts, and spent a long time working with his finance team to get us a lower than we expected interest rate. Lawrence was so eager to make us happy, he even drove to our house, 30 minutes out of his way, after working a full day and on a holiday, to pick our our check because we had forgotten our check book. Then he took even more time to help me program my Bluetooth and OnStar, and to give me a little tour of the features of my new car. That is really going the extra mile, and it left a lasting impression! I look forward to sending all of my service business to Paradise Chevrolet, and will and have referred my friends and family members to Lawrence and his team. Thanks for a great experience!

My Review of Paradise Chevrolet:
Two words describe my superb buying experience….Todd Snyder. Todd was very professional, easy to work with, and made me feel like he gave me an honest deal. I have purchased many cars over the years and typically cringe at the thought of going through the buying process. My experience with Todd has definitely changed my perspective. There is no scale worthy enough to rate the customer service I received from Todd. I too work in a customer service industry and with the many cutbacks feel that customer service takes the back seat to daily operations which reduces my expectations of others in the field. I was astounded that this was not the case. Todd was through and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my choice with no added pressure. I would highly recommend Paradise Chevrolet to others based off of my experience with Todd and Lawrence Richardson.

I met with Lawrence and was elated with the superior customer service he also gave me. I felt fortunate to have two quality employees of Paradise helping me with my purchase. Lawrence was well versed with the vehicle I purchased and went out of his way to ensure that I understood how to operate the many features that it had. He was easy to talk to and was patient in answering the many questions that I had. Both Todd and Lawrence have made themselves available to me after my purchase in case I had any additional questions. This showed that they do care about their customers.

Lawrence was very courteous, and was willing to search for the exact vehicle I was looking for (even though it was out of state). Another dealers who was closer to our home was trying to take advavtage of me buy trying to have me pay transportation both way to pick up the vehicle that we finally bought. Paradise Chevorlet was very accomidating,even though the final price was very close to the dealer in my own area, they were willing to work a little harder to get my business. I would recomend them for future purchases (no high pressure).

I recently purchesed a new 2011 traverse for my wife at Paridise Chevrolet.
I have to say the buying experince I had here was second to none. Todd Snyder and Lawrence where very helpful and made this one of the easiest purchases I have experienced. I have owned Range rovers and Hummers in the past but the service here
far surpassed that of the so called "luxury" dealerships. Thanks Todd, I appreciate everything. The car is great as well, never thought I could get my Wife to drive a crossover, she loves it.

I really hate to deal with car salespeople but my beloved Saturn is almost 20 years old and needed to be retired, so it had to be done. I did a lot of research online and knew exactly what I wanted. The first place I visited lived up to my worst expectations, but then I discovered Paradise Chevrolet and they had the exact car I wanted. It had not even arrived on the lot but Lawrence Richardson located it and it will be arriving next week. He even called me today to let me know that it was making progress in our direction. Armando Hinojosa did all the paperwork and managed to make even that almost painless. All and all it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend them and Paradise Chevrolet.

I came to look at new model SUV's after I had received a letter from Paradise Chevrolet for a buy back offer on my 2006 Trailblazer. Lawrence Richardson came right out to offer assistance. He let me look at the cars I wanted to and did not give me a hard sale for anything I wasn't interested in. I told him what I liked and what I could spend. We worked out a great price on a Traverse. He showed me how to use all of the features in the car and spent a good amount of time with me making sure I was comfortable with my purchase.
