BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Very rarely do I write a review for any business that I patronize but the folks at Anderson (Crystal Lake) truly deserve some recognition. Since I am Very rarely do I write a review for any business that I patronize but the folks at Anderson (Crystal Lake) truly deserve some recognition. Since I am/was an out of state buyer, the connection with the sales and customer service team REALLY was important to me and I must say Anderson did not disappoint. The first step was selecting and inquiring about the vehicle. Leah and Derek ensured all of my initial concerns and questions were answered as I only had pictures and some general information to go on. Believe me when you are traveling 600 miles to see a car, having some peace of mind is worth its weight in gold and both Leah and Derek made sure I was satisfied. Derek Gruendemann helped work out a good deal for the car and made what I believe to be a sincere attempt that was good for both me and the dealership. I arranged my flight to Chicago with my girlfriend to see the car, contacted Derek and Leah and they were kind enough to arrange transportation from my Chicago hotel to Crystal Lake (about a 45 minute drive). While this may seem like a standard customer service courtesy, IT'S NOT!! I had previously scheduled an out of town visit to a well known national dealership in Atlanta and they absolutely would not offer to transport customers to their dealership which is one of the reasons I canceled my visit to their dealership other than getting a better offer from Anderson. So the next morning after arriving in Chicago is when we meet Tyler Stevens. Tyler was our Salesman who also helped with shuttling us to the dealership. Tyler was a great guy, very helpful and very personable. We arrived at the dealership, saw and test drove the car (KIA STINGER GT2), loved it, finalized the deal and completed the paperwork with Rich Spears. Rich was a very knowledgeable guy who handles all the financial things with purchasing the vehicle. While all this financial stuff was going on, Tyler actually helped build and test drive a new BMW X5 that my girlfriend plans to buy in a few months. To make a very long story short, these guys are great, they were very nice without being overbearing, picked us up, offered us lunch, made a great deal on a used car and worked out a potential future deal on another car. The AWESOME customer service and knowledgeable team was well worth the time, money and effort to travel to purchase a vehicle that I absolutely LOVE!!! Thanks to everyone at ANDERSON CRYSTAL LAKE!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!! More

The internet team matched pricing for me on a vehicle and helped locate the options I was looking for. I got a fair price for my trade-in and was in & out without hassle. There were none of the game and gimmicks that I've seen at a lot of the other dealerships, so I was happy with finding these guys and will probably do business with them again when I'm next in the market. Worst Experience Ever!!! Worst car dealer I’ve ever worked with. Gave me an offer on my car, everything was set to pick up vehicle, the salesperson backed out and dropped the Worst car dealer I’ve ever worked with. Gave me an offer on my car, everything was set to pick up vehicle, the salesperson backed out and dropped the price of my trade in by $2000.00 after the fact. The Manager Derrick was horrible and arrogant. Never again!!! More
