There was a problem with our RTA and we weren’t informed and we would have lost our insurance if it past 21 days. When we called The dealer guys said we should be all set to come in for car inspection but w and we would have lost our insurance if it past 21 days. When we called The dealer guys said we should be all set to come in for car inspection but when we drove in he said oh never mind your car not ready yet come back the next day?!? It would be nice if you communicate with us. Nobody follow up with us, we have to call every now and then to check with them if we can come in for inspection. This is the 4th car we bought with them and probably the last. Thanks More

I was presented an offer with payments of $493 per month for 60 months or $435 per month for 72 months. The salesman did NOT tell me the interest. The salesman did NOT tell me that Honda was offering 1.9% f for 60 months or $435 per month for 72 months. The salesman did NOT tell me the interest. The salesman did NOT tell me that Honda was offering 1.9% for 60 months or 2.9% for 72 months. He NEVER told me the interest presented. Only after I texted him that I was aware of those better rates and that I wanted to know what those 60 and 72 month payments would be. They were $429 per month for 60 months and $379 per month for 72 months. Oh and then, the car was sold this afternoon. Had I taken the offer I would have ended up paying $3,840 (60 term loan) or $4,032 (72 term loan). I do not find this treatment to be professional and above board. Not only had I known about the Honda incentive rates beforehand and had researched auto loan rates available in the area and the majority were a xxxx of a lot better than 6.9%! For shame. More

Absolutely LOVE Lundgren I just bought my second Honda from Lundgren and I doubt I'll shop anywhere else. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased or leased from Lundgren. Len Robinson has been our sales rep each time. Len cuts through the “BS” and gets you the best deal while explaining your options: lease vs buy, how much of a down payment is right for your situation, and what car makes the most sense for your given circumstance. Any Honda question I’ve had since 2014, I’ve called Len. He answers his calls or texts. Never “blows you off” even if it’s been a few years. We like Hondas, but the reason we chose Lundgren again is because Len would be our rep. Seriously, the process was quick and easy. If my kid makes the payments, we’ll be back in a couple years! The finance guy was great too! More
