Depaula Ford took my truck right in on my appointment time. I was very disappointed that my F150, with 9800 miles, needed the work required to correct the problem. Although everything seems to be alright for now, I will be monitoring for leaks or any other issues. needed the work required to correct the problem. Although everything seems to be alright for now, I will be monitoring for leaks or any other issues. The parts were not readily available and my truck was tied up for over 3 weeks. Lenny Farnam and Howard, in service, kept me informed and were pleasant to work with and I can't blame them for the availability of parts. My last three trucks were Ford F150's, but I will take a hard look at the competition before I buy another. More

Everyone was very professional and service was top notch; unfortunately, the Ford Escape is the "first" Ford vehicle we have ever purchased. To date, while the drive is pleasant, the reliability of this veh unfortunately, the Ford Escape is the "first" Ford vehicle we have ever purchased. To date, while the drive is pleasant, the reliability of this vehicle is poor. In all the cars we have either owned or leased, this car is the first we've had to do a front end alignment with only 17,000 miles on the car. We've had issues with the tires 3 times, another $300.00 fix for a new tire. This most recent repair needed a whole new engine due to the 1.6 faulty engine. More
