Coming here since 2018. Service area customer waiting area not as good as in the past. Serious lack of inventory of new cars. For repeat service customers you should give me the service coupons rather asking if I have coupon. I will have to explore alternate service locations. Honda dealer 2 miles from my house vs. 20 miles for Herb Chambers. I do not feel my loyalty has any value. All the staff is very professional and I believe that quality of work is great.
