About six months ago we went in to the dealership to trade in our 2011 Ram 1500 and Brain which we don't remember his last name started working himself to death, and when he called yesterday we went in and he was really busy, so Leo gave us to Ben and they all worked hard and got us the Deal. Thumbs up to all of them.!!!!!!!

My Review Of Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg:

I normally do not write reviews, but I had to tell you about my experience with Safford of Fredericksburg. Back in February I leased a new Town and Country Van. I had been shopping for 2 months looking at different vehicles. Chris Glitzos greeted me, and showed me all the cars I wanted to see. When I finally found the Town and Country, we talked terms and prices with Leo Nerushkin. I also had a trade in, and told them what I wanted for my trade. I also told Leo where I wanted to be in my monthly payment. Not only did he get me a great deal, he got me a monthly payment lower than I expected, and gave me what I was asking for my trade in! I leased my vehicle on the spot! A week later, I stopped back into the dealership, wanting to possibly trade in another one of my cars. I met with Leo and Chris, and although they had nothing on there used lot that interested me, they told me they would keep me posted on cars they get in. I communicated with Chris every other day, and within 2 weeks, they had the perfect car. I again spoke with Leo about what I needed for my trade, and where I wanted my monthly payment to be. Guess what? He again got me everything I needed to be able to purchase a second vehicle from them! I will be the first to tell everyone that reads this post, if you go anywhere else to buy a car, you are CRAZY! Safford does not use hard sales tactics, they listen to your wants and needs, and will do everything they can to make your car buying easy. Chris Glitzos went above and beyond for me, probably spending over 40 hours helping me find a second car, and even answered my calls on his day off. Leo Nerushkin, listened to my wants and needs, and made the numbers work in my favor. Leo is also the sales manager, and although he had a million other things going on, he always took the time to greet and talk to me. I will be a life time customer, and will refer Safford to all my friend and family!

Went in to trade in two vehicles on to one new vehicle. I knew I was upside down in the vehicles, but that never once made anyone hesitate to work with me on getting the best deal. They worked with me from the time I walked in the door until I left with my brand new Chrysler 300. Thanks to all of you!!

My Review Of Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg:

Initially I came into this dealership for a maintenance on my wife's Chrysler PT cruiser sedan because we purchased it satisfactorily pre-owned from SAFFORD-Warrenton and had good experieces in the past with SAFFORD-FXB service department at the previous location (the service manager intake and processing was awesome - the mechanics alerted me by phone and email about every step being taken; the work was done right and expeditiously considering the amount of work required and need for outsourced parts).

While a awaited a courtesy ride home (by a congenial and professional driver), I inquired about mini-van literature because we now have grandchildren; my wife had hinted I should trade in my PT for an upgrade. With past divorce consequences to my credit rating, I did not think it was feasible to discuss a new vehicle purchse.

The sales staff (especially Daniel Ruark) was cooperative and patient...no pressure...they listened and gave me an overviw of the current priduct line. The sales associate had excellent product knowledge. This helped a lot since I don't know much about mini vans since decades ago. The sales floor and sales management were very communicative throughout the whole relationship and oriented to finding an acceptable deal in spite of challenges.

I went through the process of qualifying; and the back office worked hard to get me into a situation where a deal was possible. They also worked harder when a rival dealer appeared to be making me a better offer on price, terms and conditions. SAFFORD got my business and that should show anyone reading this memo that they were serious about being the best value provider in our area. I'm not made out of money and SAFFORD never made me feel a sale was about the money. They wanted to meet my family needs.

The actual sales paperwork through financing always in past events was a toothache process...NOT at SAFFORD. I NEVER was able to get through all of those complexities with clarity in such a record amount of time. It was clear to me that SAFFORD thinks the customer's time is valuable also.

Afterwards, I was even able to afford a few accessories...the parts department and internet interface worked wonderfully. Wally in particualr made sure to contact me to ensure the order would be correct and delivered promptly/accurately. He was able to answer lots of other questions I had about my new vehicle.

IF THERE ARE ANY MILITARY VETERANS OUT THERE - SAFFORD APPRECIATES YOUR SACRIFICE FOR THE NATION AND THEY WILL WORK HARD TO FIND WAYS TO OBTAIN REBATES ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN APPRECIATION.

I did get a good deal! Thanks SAFFORD.

My Review Of Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg:

The last few years of my life have been very difficult for my family and me. I technically did not need a new car because I have an '89 that was getting me to Points A and B, but, I knew that sometime in the future, I might just need one. I was very apprehensive as I have had financial problems and had it ingrained in my head that I simply would not be able to get a new car (much less the one that I really wanted)! Boy, was I wrong?!?
From my first phone conversation with Joan, my words of encouragement from Leo, the warm welcome for Troy (who greeted me outside as I pulled up to the dealership)and Scott , who had me laughing the entire time I was signing my life away, I could not have been more pleased with the level of service, tenacity, and kindness that this group of individuals gave. They made my, "I can't" into a "We will, so, you can!" I am very happy and could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!

I bought a used 2011 200 Chrysler from Safford in February of 2012.The sales,service,
finance departments,all were great in helping with my purchase. Jerry Silsley,Sharron
Wheeler, and Rick Garland went the extra miles to make my purchasing experience the absolute best that it could have been.This makes my 3rd purchase from Safford of Fredericksburg and I am sure that I will be back again. The service department takes care of all my maintenance needs and I always leave with a feeling of security.When my wife goes out of town,I always know that she will be operating a vehicle that will give her the least amount of worries. Leo...Jan...Larry...Scott...& Sharon,

On Sunday, 2/26/12, our '09 Nissan Altima was experiencing power startup issues. I was able to get the vehicle jump-started & I decided to head to Safford to view your inventory. Quite honestly, I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day as I felt that me & my family was still 12-18 months away from being financially ready to make that next move. However, thanks to your great Safford crew of professionals & our family's past experiences with the previous purchases made at Safford. Your Team convinced me & my wife Sheryl that the right time to purchase the '12 SXT Charger was on that day...it was the right thing to do.
That afternoon I was quite impressed with your Team in how they once again made me & my family feel like we are part of a special family that has repeatedly taken care of our transportation needs for almost 10 years. Having been a former Toyota diehard...I must tell you that I have found my one & only "one stop auto shopping mall" that will continue to take care of our family for many more years to come.
Every time I turn the key on our SXT Charger...I get real excited about headin' down the road in a vehicle that is extremely well-built and fits my needs unlike no other vehicle I have ever driven before. Literally, 32-35 mpg on the hiway / 23-27 mpg in the city...muscle...and total comfort is just a few of the many things I really appreciate about this "girl".
Mr. Larry Lewis...A consumate professional. Again & again...a salesman who is totally customer service oriented and knows the Dodge lineup with such precise detail. Ms. Sharon...Special packages Lady. I could not find a more "down to earth" person who really knows how to add that special touch to the packaged deal. Mr. Leo...I had the opportunity to meet him for the first time a few years ago when we had purchased our Dodge Journey. I will refer to Leo as the "Captain" of this team that truly clicks on all cylinders. He truly works very hard to take care of the customers as well as he takes care of the Safford family name. For the first time I had the opportunity to meet Jan...she provided to me an extremely wonderful "first impression" of her skill as a New Car Sales Manager that knows how to make it work & with class. Finally, Scott in the Financial Department took care of the final details of our sale with relative ease and expertise that made me feel like we hit a home run once again with Safford.
While me & my wife have been runnin' up & down from Fredericksburg to Herndon this past week...I think about the tremendous upgrade we have made from the Altima to the SXT thanks in part to the professionalism & salesmanship of the Safford Team. Once more...I must tell you that I am very pleased & happy with this "total package" of a machine that has transformed a 4 door sedan into a sexy & beastly sports car that I have become a proud owner of.
Thank you Safford...Thanks to all the above folks I have mentioned as well as all of the "behind the scenes" associates that make this possible for a customer to be as happy as I am with my new "girl".
