Leon Stoudemire as my leasing agent made my experience enjoyable. Before I came in for a test-drive, he asked me a number of questions to make sure he understood what my priorities were and so that he cou enjoyable. And I felt no pressure at all from him as I asked to test-drive three vehicles before making my decision. He even in two instances suggested we drive a little longer than I was planning to. I've worked with one or two people who made me feel like they were trying to get the quick sale. Didn't feel that way with him AT ALL. He answered every question frankly and thoroughly. Really, everyone was great. Derrick Walker, the finance person who walked me through (no pun intended) the protection plan options, was also patient and knowledgeable. Victor, the person who applied the protectant to my seats, was nice when giving me instructions afterward about the plastic on the seats. The general sales manager, Tom Macpherson, even made a point of saying they appreciated my business and letting me know that I'd made the right decision by getting the windshield treatment and that I could update it at no charge periodically if I thought it was losing its potency. Five stars to Leon and the entire team. The whole experience makes me like my car even better. More

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and most important to me, honest and straight-forward about the options I had in my price range. He got me into the vehicle I am pleased with. Just another observation, meeting with the finance department is never the most fun thing about the new automobile experience, especially when you are on a budget in this current economy. Tone down the pressure about 2-3 notches in purchasing additional options when you have already reached your limit. Anxiety reached about a 8 and half. More
