Super overwhelmed that day due to car troubles but Leslie took great care of me. Such great assistance all around. Being told your transmission was malfunctioning isn’t something great to hear but Sam direct took great care of me. Such great assistance all around. The level of resilience and understanding and ability to connect in a personal level allowed me to feel at ease during this whole process. I left so happy and bragging about the overall experience to everyone I know. My stepmom even was so moved by it and ended up going and purchasing a new car a week later.
