What can I say? Lesly is one of the best service advisor. He listens to all my concerns and answer all my questions.. this is the first time I felt like someone care Lesly is one of the best service advisor. He listens to all my concerns and answer all my questions.. this is the first time I felt like someone cares about their customers and that’s how Lesly made me feel. He text me with all the concerns that my car needed. If he didn’t hear back from me, he will call me. That’s the best customer service I ever had at this dealership. You guys should be very proud of having someone like Lesly in your team. I would definitely will stay with Lesly as my service advisor. PS you need more people like him in your team.
