The car that was reserved for you was inadvertently given to another customer. Once we had the Atlas here, we were able to care of all the services. Lily did a nice job coordinating the detail/dent removal/ protection application in conjunction with your 30k service, which isn't always that easy to schedule at one time. I hope you're satisfied with the results. Honestly, rather than tagged me, Lily and our dealership in a nasty online review, It would have been good to have a conversation by phone or email.
