I am disappointed with the recent service for repair of the air conditioner leaking into my car. They said it was cleaned out. But a few days later driving to east cost it flooded the floor in the front se the air conditioner leaking into my car. They said it was cleaned out. But a few days later driving to east cost it flooded the floor in the front seat. I talked to agent and was told it would cost up to $3,000 to repair or just purchase a new car .i took it to another company. They cleaned it out in no time and problem solved. I left a message or manager and service rep and they are not returning my calls. I’ve been dealing with Hyundai for many years since purchasing my Santa Fe from them. This is poor service from your company. All I am asking for is a refund off the almost $300 I paid for this no repair. They do not respond to me so I can not discuss the situation with them. Not a satisfied customer. Return phone calls. More

MADE THE APPOINTMENT MONTHS IN ADVANCE FOR TWO RECALL REPAIRS. WAITED 3 1/2 HOURS. WAS THEN TOLD THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT IN STOCK FOR ONE AND THAT INTERNET PREVENTED UPDATE ON SECOND REPAIR.
