Excellent dealership experience I was contacted by the service dept and notified that my MAZDA CX9 had a safety recall. An appointment was set up for me with my convenience and saf I was contacted by the service dept and notified that my MAZDA CX9 had a safety recall. An appointment was set up for me with my convenience and safety being a priority. I arrived on time and was instantly greeted by the service consultant who already knew my name and reason for being there even though we had never met before. My vehicle was immediately taken to the shop where I was updated by video from the tech as the recall was being performed and the vehicle inspected for safety. I wandered around the showroom and met several employees, all of which were very friendly, helpful and professional. Showroom and lounge were immaculate, clean and comfortable. My vehicle was repaired in about an hour. I was escorted by the service consultant to my car where we shook hands again and I went back home. It was a pleasurable experience to bring my vehicle to this dealership. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed during the entire visit. Only bought car 6 months ago and already issues. Brought vehicle in to fix air. Paid 200.00 still not fixed. Now other check engine lights are coming on.
