Poor Experience - Service Dept I brought my 2016 Mazda 3 to Nelson Mazda for servicing on three occasions. The first, an oil change, was scheduled to take 1 hour so I chose to I brought my 2016 Mazda 3 to Nelson Mazda for servicing on three occasions. The first, an oil change, was scheduled to take 1 hour so I chose to stay at the dealership. After an hour and a half I complained and was told it was almost ready. Naturally, it was not finished for another hour, so I ended up spending a total of two and a half hours on a scheduled oil change. The second time I brought my car in for a recall on the emergency brake. Everything seemed to go fine until two days later I engaged the e-brake to find it had lost almost all tension. The remaining tension in the brake was engaging whether I had pulled the brake or not, meaning that while driving my e-brake pads were grabbing slightly. I was told this was exactly what the recall was meant to repair, and had to bring it back into the shop to have them re-fix the issue their initial work had caused. Finally, the third time I brought it in was to repair my front brakes which had worn down. The technicians replaced the pads and everything worked fine for several months before I noticed shaking through my steering wheel on braking. Upon taking it to another repair facility I was told that Mazda had not balanced the calipers after installing new pads. This has caused my new pads to completely wear down already and needed to be replaced again (which I had the other repair company do). I've complained several times to various people at Nelson Mazda about all of these issues. I can say confidently that I'll never take my car back to be serviced at this dealer. For recalls even if I have to drive way out of town to a different dealership it will be worth it to keep these folks away from my car. Its not worth the time or money I've spent fixing issues because this service department cant handle basic repairs. More

Joe went above and beyond to make my deal come true, we became very good friends,I became part of the family. Joe and Randy are so friendly and dedicated to your needs. I'm on my 3rd Mazda with them,I just call Joe and say to him. You got any good deals for me? This is what I'm looking for........... They make happen. All I do is walk in test drive my car and sign the papers in and out in a 1.5 hours. Even when I go to service Joe is always on top of everything to make sure I'm happy. I would recommend them to anyone More
