It was a pleasure dealing with Lindsey Wood of DeNooyer Chevrolet in Kalamazoo. She was personable and friendly and knowledgeable. Lindsey and Jason worked to find all the discounts they could to get the price of the vehicle into the monthly price range we were hoping to get. Overall, we were very happy with the service we received from Lindsey Wood and Jason, and we would recommend Lindsey and Jason and DeNooyer Chevrolet to any of our family or friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Lindsey and your staff that my wife Carol & I dealt with did an outstanding job with our purchase of a new vehicle. Lindsey was very helpful with answering our questions and getting any and all the information we needed about our New Equinex 2012.
We never felt pushed by Lindsey, she gave us all the time we need. At the time of our closing last Saturday Lindsey was very well organizised and again very helpful.

When it comes time for us to purchase another new vehicle I we will come back to DeNooyer and work with Lindsey. I will/have recommended your dealership and Lindsey.

My Review of DeNooyer Chevrolet:
I had maintained that I would drive my 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan until she rolled over on her roof and pointed her wheels to the sky. It was a wonderful van and never gave me any trouble (other than the results of some poor work done by "professional" Dodge mechanic{s} ). My husband had a 2007 Hyundai Azera that he enjoyed using, which also was trouble-free. But - being senior citizens, we realized that we used the van 95% of the time and the car only the other 5% of the time. So we decided to trade both vehicles in on a new "something". After extensive internet searching, we found the vehicle we wanted. A 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. But ... it had to have some of the "bells and whistles" that I had grown accustomed to with my van - ie. dual heated seats, dual temperature controls, leather seats, etc. Our first day out to look at this model took us to DeNooyer's. We were walking around, looking at the models in the line when Lindsey came out to see if she could assist us. To make a long story short, we worked with her and ultimately came up with a deal that fit our budget. One week later, we are still in love with our Traverse and hope to continue to have a great relationship with this dealership.

My Review of DeNooyer Chevrolet:
I purchased a vehicle there prior and enjoyed the service I recieved. I traded my vehicle in for a new one and the salesperson, Lindsey Wood, was probably the best sales representative I have ever worked with. She never made me feel pressured to buy anything and was completely honest with any questions I had. If there was something she didn't know she found out for me. The next vehicle I buy will probably be from DeNooyer Chevrolet. The financial advisor was friendly and helpful and the service department has always been friendly and helpful from my previous purchase.
