Huge thank you to Lisa, Ray, and the entire Long Team I have owned more cars than I should admit and have never been happy enough with a dealership to buy a second vehicle from any of them. I just completed my third purchase from Long Subaru and walked out with a brochure for another possible purchase for my mother. That says volumes about how good this dealership is. Lisa (sales) and Ray (finance) are both extremely professional and easy to deal with. There has been absolutely no bs in any of my interactions with them. The service department has been fantastic and I have never had an issue with any of the work they have done or with how they have treated me. There are very few places that I will recommend to other people and Long Subaru is definitely at the top of the list. Thank you and please do not change how you do business. More

And Ray did a great job in the finance room, pointing out potential options but never seeming pushy about anything. Worth the drive from Worcester to deal with such professional people. Recently, while parked, it was hit and badly damaged. It was towed to a lot in Worcester. The next day, the Long Collision center had it towed to their shop. There was extensive damage and it took a couple of weeks to fix. I picked it up yesterday. It looks better than before it was hit! The whole process was seamless and completely taken care of by the Long Collision Center. Everyone was very friendly and nice and their work is guaranteed for life. I cannot recommend them highly enough! More
