Lisa Gonzalez set the appointment, Joe Hamdan handled the sale, and Matt Braley took care of financing. Lisa Gonzalez is a good person to have on the phone as the face and the first contact with Phillips. Lisa was the reason we drove 100 miles to look at a vehicle besides the price listed. Great phone people are the life blood of a business, you have a great one! Joe was very professional and knew all there was to know about the vehicle we were purchasing, He put my wife at ease during the test drive after he found out she was really nervous about unfamiliar city driving. He coached through all the paperwork need to complete the transaction. Joe provided his computer, fax, and email so I could have the State Retirement System, my insurance company, and Credit Union send information to make the transaction run without a hitch. Joe was great a real superstar in my book. Anyone that can make a car sale painless is a star in my book. Thank you Joe! Matt Barley is another star in the Phillips family. Our credit is not the best, however Matt made us feel like we were appreciated for buying with Phillips. He talked to us about his family and listen about ours.
