I recently purchased a pre-driven Chevy Sonic from Fox Valley Buick GMC at St, Charles, IL. My product specialist was Nate Scherer. Nate was very courteous, answered all my questions, pointed out many product features he thought I should know, and made the auto buying experience as easy and seamless as possible. I especially appreciated when he offered to deliver the car at my home due to some logistical problems I had since I had no trade in. Nate and Fox Valley Buick GMC made this an extremely pleasant car buying experience and I encourage them to continue their outstanding commitment to excellence.

From my original visit to the dealership several months ago to start my car search "homework" until my purchase tonight, Ben Stiritz has been a tremendous resource. He was very eager to help with my original inquiries eventhough I was not ready to purchase yet. When I returned to start looking at options, he was patient and showed me two different model years of the Enclave. He asked good questions to better understand my needs/wants. When a special incentive became available, Ben reached out to me to advise me about it. We he was low key in his sales approach but put together a fair deal.

Due to a complication in locating the specific car we wanted, Ben and Christina Wickersheim worked diligently to find the exact vehicle. This included providing a service car for us to use for several days.

All the dealer reps with whom we have dealt were helpful and we will return to Fox Valley Buick GMC for future needs.

I did my research online from my motor club site and asked if they could meet the lowest price I found, and they could. Took an overnight test drive and bought the car a week later. Painless. Bill is a laid back guy and I felt no pressure whatsoever. It was the best car buying experience yet for me.

I brought my buick enclave in for service. Joy Nevills took care of it, while I
went up to look at the 2013 Buicks. I met Liz first, we visted ashort period, then
Tony Fulco took over and showed me the 2013 Buicks. I liked the Lacrosse with E-Assist. Then Liz took over finalized the paper work, Finally Tony F. showed me all the electronics controls for this vehicle. I found everybody very Freindly, Knowlegable and Professional.

The service that we received from Tony, Nate and Liz was amazing. We we're a little stressed out while working two jobs and trying to find a new vehicle the week before christmas but, Tony made everything so easy and Nate went above and beyond following me home to program my garage door opener with my new GMC Acadia.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase.

I stopped first at Fox Valley in search of a new car to replace our aging 01 Chevy Cavalier. Ted immediately showed me the Buick Verrano and I knew our search was over! Amazing people helped us to get the car that we love. They accomodate us even its 15 mins to closing time when we went to look for cars. Me and my husband did not feel we are rushed to find the car we wanted. Highly pleased.
Ben Stiritz is very professional showing us cars and took time with no rushing felt by us.
Liz Camacho stayed late and help us did our finance.
