I need to get a response on service scheduling! I sent notes to both Trent and Katherine with requests to follow up and schedule post leaving this review today and have heard NOTHING! I will retract my review until I get a response and say that the team cares ONLY when you’re purchasing but are done with you after you pay them. If that’s attractive to you then seek their business, NOT GOOD!!!
