We needed to replace a car that was deemed a 'total loss' quickly. We found a car on the website that I was interested in and called on it. I had been looking for weeks for a certain car and found it listed on Autotrader at Tasca. There were no pictures yet, just a generic stock photo. I had been to the place a couple of weeks ago and had Lou's it listed on Autotrader at Tasca. There were no pictures yet, just a generic stock photo. I had been to the place a couple of weeks ago and had Lou's card, so I called him asking about the car. He told me it wasn't there yet and he'd call me as soon as it arrived. A couple of days later, I checked the website, saw photos of the car and called back. Lou said the car had been sold, to one of their mechanics, before it even when out of the lot. If that’s the case, then why are there pictures on their website of the car sitting on the lot? More

In the past few weeks Lou has been very helpful in assisting with the registration and minor fixes with the car. Lou Colon was very pateint and a gentleman. I went to your dealership not to buy but look around and test drive some vehicles. Since you had a good selection I was able to test drive the models I was int your dealership not to buy but look around and test drive some vehicles. Since you had a good selection I was able to test drive the models I was interested in. Lou let me take my time and test drive such vehicles and when I found the one I liked he made me a good deal. By the way I was in the market for a vehicle about 4 years ago and was not treated in the manner and took my bussiness elsewhere. I don't know why I went back this time but I'm glad I did. More
