The experience I had a Braman Honda of Palm Beach was better than ever expected! This was my first time ever leasing a new vehicle and being that I was a recent college graduate they really made it as ea better than ever expected! This was my first time ever leasing a new vehicle and being that I was a recent college graduate they really made it as easy and affordable to me as possible. They understood the circumstance that I was in as a graduate and did the best they could to fulfill my needs. I received tinted windows on the house to seal the deal and it really makes the car look amazing! The customer service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and outgoing! They made me feel very welcome and they were very inviting! They let me know that I could call them at anytime of the day and “certain” hours of the night :) and they would be more than willing to help me! Om and Louis were great and I could not have asked for better sales and leasing consultants!! More

The best car transaction in my experience has been with BRAMAN Honda. Every employee with whom I dealt has been cordial, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The positive attitude was apparent from the first telephone call in reply to my email up to the close of the purchase. I appreciated that they listened attentively to the specifications which I was requesting and they located and delivered promptly the right vehicle. In my opinion BRAMAN stands above the rest and Messrs. Prakash, Licousi, Santiago and Sebastian(Insurance) are a company asset which will cause a customer to return time after time to purchase a vehicle. I will definitely recommend BRAMAM. More

The vehicle I purchased; a Chevrolet HHR LT 2010 had a paint problem from a previous collision and Carlos did not hesitate to fix it by having the spot re-painted right at the dealership. I was happy with the results and Louis made sure the job was done well not to mention they have an excellent contractor painter who was very corteous John Cowart. I want to thank all the staff that made this sale happened again, "worry free" and I am beginning to enjoy my new car! More

In August 2003, I purchased a new 2003 Honda Civic LX. My '03 Civic has been serviced at Braman Honda all of these years and works great. This January 29, 2011, I came into the dealership and went directly to the internet sales office. Upon meeting Mr. Louis Licausi, I explained, I wanted to buy a new car so I could give mine to my sister who has poor credit. I had already gotten my own bank to approve financing but came to see if Braman Honda could give me a better deal. I filled out all of the financing paperwork truthfully and waited for a response. Within a half hour I was given the keys to my new car, and shown how all the new features work. I only needed to wait for the finance manager who was attending to other customers. I went in to see Brandon Garland. He financed my new car with zero down payment, at 4.59% for six years. It was indeed a better deal than my own bank had offered. My first payment would be due March 15th. Within two weeks, I received the $200.00 incentive for purchasing my second vehicle from Braman Honda. By the third week, I received the warranty paperwork and service plan just as I'd done when I had purchased the '03 Civic. For anyone looking to buy a car from Braman, buy the service plan. What they fix, stays fixed. The service dept. makes recommendations but does not lie to get you into spending more than you need or can afford. In my life. I know that Murphy's Law is alive and well. Whatever bad that can happen, will happen. I had not yet received a bill and the due date was fast approaching. I called Brandon Garland and left a message. I also left one with Mr. Louis Licausi. It was Saturday, March 12th, I couldn't wait, and came to the dealership. Mr. Garland told me due to a small glitch, he would need to find me another finance company. He asked if I could come in that Monday when the banks would be open. Mr. Garland promised to get me the same deal or a better one. Monday, March 14th, I arrived at 12pm. Mr. Garland knew I wanted to get this uncertainty resolved and told me the time he was due to arrive so I would be the first person he attended. Upon arriving, Mr. Garland exchanged the January 29th financing paperwork for a new purchase and financing date of Monday, March 14, 2011. It took all of fifteen minutes to bring everything to closure. My new finacing was 4.54% for six years, no down payment, and the same purchase price. My new first payment date would be April 13, 2011. I have had this 2011 Civic for close to two and a half months, have yet to make the first payment and am completely happy with the car's performance to date. Mr. Licausi dealt with me frankly and swiftly. Mr. Garland resolved the situation and honored his every word. I whole heartedly recommend the Greenacres Braman Honda to family, friends and strangers alike. For the sedate, honest and direct approach in purchasing a vehicle, I guarantee you will be more than satisfied with the internet sales staff. Mr. Licausi is an honorable man. I called Braman Honda Palm Beach after a dissatisfied visit to another Honda Dealership. I was not interested in sales tactics, gimmicks, negotiating back and forth over a period of several days, nor be visit to another Honda Dealership. The sales staff as Braman Honda Palm Beach were courteous, respectful, well-informed and were able to complete a quick and painless sales transaction. I'm still upset that i paid almost $2000 more then the ads called for.I had $350 damage on my trade in.I paid that plus 300 ,total 650.the ads said 0 down and 220 per month. i'm paying 288 a month. thats ads called for.I had $350 damage on my trade in.I paid that plus 300 ,total 650.the ads said 0 down and 220 per month. i'm paying 288 a month. thats $60 per month more. That comes to over $2000 in a 3 year period.I blame no one but myself .I'll probably be upset for the next 35 months paying off this car.This is no reflextion on Louis Licousi a very good salesman. More
