i rate Lucas at a 1. he has poor customer service skills. i took my car to be serviced at Destination Nissan for steering bracket that was loose, it's covered under war he has poor customer service skills. i took my car to be serviced at Destination Nissan for steering bracket that was loose, it's covered under warranty. I went to get a loaner and he suggested i dont get it because I was gonna be responsible for all the charges, i didn't understand why and when i asked him, he just shrugged his shoulders, didn't even want to give me eye contact. He needs to get another job if you don't know how to conversate and explain to a customer that have been leasing cars from them for years. I asked him was he new there because i never seen him before, he looked at me like i was crazy. Please don't let him deal with me pertaining to my vehicle. He needs to get a new job. Other than the bad experience with him, I love this dealer. I had to deal with Steve Kane which is wonderful. More
