

Luis Fragozo has been with Royal Automotive Group since 2010. What he enjoys most about working for Royal is "meeting people from all different walks of life because everyone has a story to tell". His favorite types of car are classic cars from the 60's and earlier. He once had a 1969 Chevy Impala. The best way Luis describes himself as "fun and out going. Maybe a little to laid back at times." He enjoys spending his free-time with his kids and playing outdoors. His a big sports fan and loves watching which ever sport is on. His favorite sports are football and basketball, and enjoys playing both. His favorite team is the Oakland Raiders (NFL). In his own words, he believes Royal is different than other dealerships because,"we listen to our customer's needs."

Turned car buying from a nightmare to a blessing I went to almost every car dealership in Tucson except for the Nissan dealership before I ended up at Royal Kia. Bryce was out front greeted me and he I went to almost every car dealership in Tucson except for the Nissan dealership before I ended up at Royal Kia. Bryce was out front greeted me and helped make my experience fun like car buying is supposed to be. I let him know what vehicle I was already interested in. (After looking at their excellent website.) And within 20 minutes of me being at the dealership the car was pulled up front so that I could test drive it. Bryce was very knowledgeable and I was able to get ahold of him every time I called. Lou helped out in every way that he could and even though Bryce was off work when I actually came in to purchase my vehicle Ruben was an excellent person to deal with as well. I ended up purchasing my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta with confidence! All three of them work together as a team to get me into the vehicle that I wanted to purchase that other dealerships told me didn't exist. All in all this is got to be one of the most amazing dealerships in Tucson and I've been to nearly all of them. Not only do I give them 5 stars but I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. So much so that my wife even bought a car the very next day!! Where one was very helpful and was awesome to deal with as well. I just want to say thank you to all the guys who helped me and my wife purchase are brand new cars and that all of you guys were absolutely amazing!!! More

Great experience I was very excited with the car I picked out. I felt that I was listened to and wasn't sold at like other dealerships. There was a small incident with my trade in taking longer than expected, but I understand with new employees things can be missed easily. I felt that River was very concerned for my time since I had to be at work later that day, and he did what he could to make things go faster. Things did go kind of slow in the beginning, but I was okay with that since I was very nervous with my first car buy that I needed the time to calm down. Overall I had a good experience, far better than I had at other dealerships for sure. More

We decided to come in and lucky for us Anchoret greeted us. She is a darling, very sweet, but most importantly very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We already did our research on the car but Anchoret taught us a bunch more and answered every question we had. We never felt pressure during the process, and Lu, Umberto, and the team were accommodating in getting the vehicle we wanted. More

Kia Hometown Dealer's Personalized Event! It is a rare occasion to go for a test drive and be treated like Queen for the Day, it could only happen at Tucson's Kia Hometown Dealership. First, o It is a rare occasion to go for a test drive and be treated like Queen for the Day, it could only happen at Tucson's Kia Hometown Dealership. First, of all I I called because I received an email from Luis Fragozo for a gift for me for $50 to test drive a Kia, he said come down. Upon arriving I was greeted by Fragozp who told me the salesperson he set me up with was busy. He proceeded to get the keys to Kia Soul that I was interested in and off we went. I told him about having had a foreclosure in 2010, over a home equity loan, where I lost my home of 28 years, but that now I could count it as a blessing, in retrospect. I struggled to build up my credit, but somehow did it. Then the magical happened with River lintner, when we got back from the test drive. Lintner seemed like he was waiting with honest enthusiasm to continue helping me. Lintner was very efficient in explaining every step of the procedure, This was not my first time buying a vehicle, as I had purchased a new Kia Sedona in 2002, that served me in value and quality for 14 years. Lintner made it so special for me that I pulled over after leaving in my new Kia in gratitude for being treated like Queen for a day. I will admit that in my whole life I had never been given Beautiful Roses and the extra detail of putting a big red bow on my Kia and a picture completed my special purchase. I really wanted an Alien II, and I wanted an automatic, but it turned out that the only Alien II was a standard and I love it. I expected to get a remote key and was disappointed but call River and I may get one yet, as he is going to check with the parts department. I thought that is all that was used today and a busy woman like me needs one. I am sure it will work out. I am up for a promotion at my job and having a dependable vehicle I feel will seal my promotion. In the event of that happening it will be because of my purchase at my special hometown dealership where I know I will get great service and value.
