Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Always Service with a Smile :) Louis in service is Great!! We always bring our vehicles to Ray even when we live 48 miles away. great service dept I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu and my check engine light came on. I brought it in on a recommendation from Sean Runions. They did great work, I got my check engine light off and it only cost me a couple of dollars. Not to mention I was in amd out of there. Never thought to bring to dealership for service. More

Service and a wonderful experience Came in for an oil change and asked if they could give me a quote on buffing a couple scratches. Louie not only took care of my cars needs but also he Came in for an oil change and asked if they could give me a quote on buffing a couple scratches.
