Just amazing. This was my first appointment for service to my car and at the begining I was not happy because they called me to come back to change the loaner two This was my first appointment for service to my car and at the begining I was not happy because they called me to come back to change the loaner two hours after I got the car and I did it but then 15 minutes after that they called me again because my car was ready and I live very far away from there, so I contacted Luis Soto and he answered me in a calm manner, he apologized for the inconvenience and I was able to continue my way home without problem. More

He directed me to Jose Artiles and told me I was in good hands with him. Jose artiles was very professional and made sure i felt comfortable through out the whole process. He explained to me with detail what was going on with my vehicle and gave me the peace of mind that I could call him on any occassion if the issue continues. Being that this is a car ive only owned for 5 months and its been brought in for the same issue twice, i was initally very upset. Luis and Jose were definitely able to turn that around and hopefully the car is okay now! I'm glad i always have either of them to reach out to now if I ever have any concerns. More
