We brought the car in for a recall, and left with undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. No one at the dealership fessed up (actually it looked like someone attempted to magic marker the undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. No one at the dealership fessed up (actually it looked like someone attempted to magic marker the damage) about it so we only discovered the damage at home. After some phone calls, the dealership ultimately repaired the damage they caused. This took two separate return visits (and hours of waiting) - once for the service director to confirm the issue, and then a second trip when they had someone available to professionally repair the issue. More

I just want to report that I had an excellent experience with Luis Sousa the Service and Parts Director. I thought that I needed to purchase a new car because I was having an issue with my old one. Luckily, with Luis Sousa the Service and Parts Director. I thought that I needed to purchase a new car because I was having an issue with my old one. Luckily, I was able to get in touch with Luis who went out of his way to work with me to resolve the issues I was having with my car that wasn't able to pass inspection. It is great to have someone to speak with that really knows his stuff. More
