I am so grateful to Rose, Nizam, Luke, and Eileen for helping my daughter find a dependable, affordable car. Rose seemed to know exactly what we needed. We had several cars to choose from, but Rose had taken the time to find out what my daughter was really looking for in a car. We had looked at another dealership and ended up test driving some cars that really didn't even feel safe. Rose had a nice selection of clean, well maintained, and affordable cars for us to test drive. Once we had made our decision, Rose sent the car over to the service department for a bit of cleaning. (It looked great before it went to service!)Nizam, Luke, and Eileen went to work streamlining the paperwork. By the time we were back with plates for the car, it was all ready to go and looked fantastic! WOW! Really nice and clean! But, best of all, my daughter told me that she feels safe in the car. It really fits her and her hectic lifestyle. I can go home now (I live in Alaska) and feel that my daughter has a dependable car and has made a nice connection with a great dealership. You know we'll be back when it's time for the new car purchase! Additionally, the Brattleboro Subaru Dealership is lovely! Attractive and clean with a staff that provides excellence in service, knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. My husband and I have had really good experiences with Brattleboro Subaru sales and service in the last several years, but the most recent experience was exceptional. In March, we assisted my mother with Brattleboro Subaru sales and service in the last several years, but the most recent experience was exceptional. In March, we assisted my mother with buying a used car from Billy at Brattleboro Subaru. It was an excellent experience. He was patient with her and very conscientious of her budget. Last week, she had a flat tire and discovered that she had no spare tire in the car. She called Billy for help. Even though Brattleboro Subaru cetainly was not obligated to help her with her tire, Billy, Shawn, and Luke went over and above what would be expected in this situation. They arranged to have her tire fixed which involved transporting it back and forth to Wilmington and were helpful and courteous to her. In addition, there was no charge and they are working to get her a new spare tire for her car. I so appreciate their excellent customer service. Karen Chase More

After much research I decided on a Subaru Outback. I looked at some local dealerships, not happy with the deals they wanted to make. So, I went online and asked for prices for the vehicle I wanted. I received several quotes, one of the best from Brattleboro Subaru. I once again spoke to local dealerships, none could match the price. Most said I was being deceived. They said when I showed up, I would find out they had done a bait and switch, or come up with some reason why they could not honor the price quoted. When we showed up in Brattleboro, a 2 hour drive, the staff was great. Mike and Marie were true to their word. The quoted price is exactly what we paid, for the exact car we wanted. We had some discussion regarding our trade, but in the end they gave us what we wanted, despite some defects. I would HIGHLY recommend Brattleboro Subaru to anyone. The folks at this dealership pulled off a miracle. We were financed to buy a used car and lease a new car with monthly payments fitting in our extremely small budget. I found Brattleboro Subaru through Nationwide.com/carbuying. I was looking for a dealer within 100 miles of Albany, New York that could order a car, price it right, provide acceptable Nationwide.com/carbuying. I was looking for a dealer within 100 miles of Albany, New York that could order a car, price it right, provide acceptable financing, be friendly, competent and straightforward. These folks fit the bill. Mike Masters walked me through the order and mechanics of the deal over the Web and telephone, Billy Boutilette showed me my new car, handled the paperwork and my questions on delivery, Nizam Mushaba took me through the financing and purchase mechanisms, and Luke Higley and John Sciaca provided authoritative guidance. I got the car I wanted at better than the price I had hoped for with one visit to the dealership, some Web correspondence and some phone calls. These folks met and exceeded my expectations.
