I had a good experience working with the service department regarding a recall on my Ionig 5. Jaiden Bond assisted me, and I was impressed with her level of professionalism and care. Myron B. I was impressed with the 2025 Disney Edition of the Ioniq 5--so Javon Thomas provided me with a presentation of the vehicle. He did an excellent job. Seriously considering trading in my lease early. The new features on this vehicle are awesome. Steve Cloud, the Finance Manager, explained aspects about my lease that were a concern--and he offered to have me contact him if any other questions. Came to the dealership twice for the same issue. I provided the check engine code and was still charged a diagnostic fee. On my second visit I waited more than a hour to get checked in for a schedul I provided the check engine code and was still charged a diagnostic fee. On my second visit I waited more than a hour to get checked in for a scheduled appointment. Then I didn't receive a repair estimate to be charged a considerable amount more for the part I needed. Service department was horrible service council quoted me one price and then change the price when I came and to have the work done. The multi point inspection stated that I have an oil leak. This was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership service department, and I refuse to revisit them and give them my money. And I also will inform family and friends of my experience. I received a call about my visit and a manager was supposed to call me back, but of course they never did reach out. More
