Luis is a knowledgeable professional and delivered the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve bought a number of cars). Also, the Finance Manager, Juan Sanchez I worked with was just as great. He was not pushy at all. Juan was patient and made me feel comfortable by sharing in fun conversation, and most importantly, he made concessions to be able to fit in an extended warranty for a minimal expense fitting into my budget. The Sales Consultant, Maddie (female) was also knowledgeable about the car I bought and a pleasure to work with. This was the 2nd purchase from them in a year. Both times were excellent experiences. They are up front about pricing, financing etc. They don't play games.
