The best experience possible. Michael was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He introduced me to a few employees that helped with the deal and they were all very profession Michael was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everyone there is very friendly, my vehicle was serviced in a timely fashion. The two gentlemen at the parts counter were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the vibe is very welcoming. I had so many issues with service I don't know where to start! I took my new RAV4 into service to have a hitch installed. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am on a Thursday. When I dropped off the c start! I took my new RAV4 into service to have a hitch installed. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am on a Thursday. When I dropped off the car Mark (the service manager) said that it should be completed by the end of the day or early Friday. Turns out the service was not complete until the following Tuesday! During the weekend the windows were down and the inside of my new RAV4 was covered in pollen. I got the RAV4 back dirty. Mark never returned my text messages and, when I called, it would take him hours to return my call. I had high hopes for Simi Valley Toyota but now I am unsure if I will go back. I am very disappointed. More

I purchased a new 2024 RAV4 from Simi Valley Toyota. When I visited the dealership my first pick (a white RAV4) had been sold. My second pick (a silver RAV4) was in service. I was told that it had a blown fuse and that it had been corrected. After buying the silver RAV4 I later discovered that it was not a fuse but that the whole radio head unit had been replaced. I can only imagine the work it took to replace a radio head unit. I would assume that the dashboard had to be dismantled to get to the unit. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ABOUT THIS MAJOR FIX! I am now working to get the new SiriusXM radio ID associated with the VIN. Two days have passed since they said it would be fixed but nothing. I keep sending them emails nudging them along. I am disappointed in Simi Valley Toyota. I was optimistic that this dealer was different. More
