Gary was great & easy to work with. As a female, sometimes we get taken for granted, but Gary was very kind! I went in thinking a used Kia was my onyl option but I left with a new Kia. As a co-signer for my son's purchase, I specifically advised staff to choose ONE financial institution to run a credit inquiry thru...they acknowledged my request...but then decided to run multiple hard advised staff to choose ONE financial institution to run a credit inquiry thru...they acknowledged my request...but then decided to run multiple hard inquiries thru at least FOUR separate financial institutions. Clearly, they sabotaged themselves on that deal. Very unprofessional. Not at all the dealership that I'd recommend doing business with. More
