I traded my 2007 Jeep Cherokee for a 2011 Patriot. Maggie made it an awesome experience (even in the hot sweltering sun). I have been working with Maggie for four years now. I love this dealership because all the employees are friendly, courteous and professional--from the check out associate to the service department to the technician, the sales associates, and others. When I would take my car in for service, I felt relaxed and comfortable. When I need to grade students papers or work on course work, I am able to do it in a nice, quiet environment. I just purchased a new 2010 Charger from Maggie last Monday and she was GREAT!!!!!! The finance manager and the desk manager were great too. I just took a buddy up there who just bought a new Ram and no Monday and she was GREAT!!!!!! The finance manager and the desk manager were great too. We were in the market for a new SUV and researched dealerships in the Charlotte area online. We decided to visit Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge because they seemed to have the largest selection of dealerships in the Charlotte area online. We decided to visit Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge because they seemed to have the largest selection of vehicles that met our needs. We worked with Maggie to test drive several vehicles and decided on a new 2011 Jeep Compass Limited. Maggie worked with us to come up with a price and term that matched our budget. We also received a very fair trade value for our 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that had 224,000 miles on it. After agreeing to terms the process and paperwork went very smoothly. They were even able to tint our front windows while completed our paperwork. I would definitely recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More
