I first met Manjula 4 years ago when I came in to trade in my Infiniti for a 3 series. She was very welcoming and patient, answering every question I had with detail. I texted her on Thursday inquiring about availability on loaner vehicles to lease and which model I was interested in. The following day I came in to test drive the car and as always Manjula was very inviting and easily made me feel comfortable about the buying process.
