This is our 8th car purchased from Gurnee Dodge in the last 11 years. We have also had our son buy a truck and friends buy cars. The service department is exceptional and cares about the customer. It is always a pleasure working with Gurnee Dodge. The sales people are always friendly. There is no pressure, if you tell the sales people you are just looking all they say is let me or one of my associ sales people are always friendly. The team at Gurnee Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-RAM was GREAT to work with! I found the vehicle online, contacted Mike in sales, and bought my vehicle that night after work. I had been shopping and got offers from 3 other dealerships that couldn't compete with Gurnee Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-RAM. They also gave me a fair trade for my old vehicle. The only thing that I was not happy with was the amount of gas in the new vehicle when I left the lot, but Mitch took care of that with a free oil change. This shows how committed the team at Gurnee Dodge is committed to there customers. I have bought a few cars and the financing process was the smoothest I have ever been through, Will did a great job and it was a smooth process. The service department is great!!! The only place my cars get worked on. They explain to me the problems if any, From routine maintenance to a flat tire. Everyone from sales to the management was excellent. I came in looking for a deal and I got one!!! Finance Department made sure I got a fantastic rate and got the payments where they needed to be. I had an excellent experience working with Manny. We talked via email for the first 24 hours and he made sure everything was ready to go for me when I arrived which is huge. All of the staff is friendly and when I made the deal and agreed to purchase the new car they announced it over the loud speaker that I had done so. A bunch of the team came over and shook my hand, which definitely was a different experience than I had ever had buying a car. I felt like we made a good deal, saved money, and left happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Manny! More
