Deland Kia is not the most convenient Kia Dealership for us. The major reason I choose them time and time again is the staff sales, service, receptionist ,cashier, finance , mechanics ,and Management. Alex us. Alexandra Gomez is always the number one reason why I buy from Deland Kia. Alexandra does what she says she will do for you, gets you the best deal possible by really going to bat for you, and attends to all the off the wall things that are most important to me. I buy a Kia from Deland Kia because they have Alexandra Gomez its that simple. More

Manny made the process so simple and easy! He explained everything, and had everything ready when we got there. We were in and out in less than an hour! We also worked with Jordan who was very knowledgeable and made signing very easy! He was honest and discussed options for warranty. Over all very pleased and happy with our new purchase and experience. I did receive a text from Alexandra Gomez that I was a little taken back by. She was nice at the dealership and showed me some of the technical details inside the car, but I got a text from hee regarding the survey where she screenshot every part of the survey and what I should respond with even writing out specifically to put "Alexandra Gomez was amazing and that's why I gave this score" and that if I can't put that on the survey to not do the survey at all because she loses her bonus...I thought that was a little unprofessional. We mainly dealt with Manny and Jordan and they were amazing. I have a friend who is looking for a Telluride that I will be sending your way!! More
