Has to be the single most ridiculous negotiation I've ever encountered at a dealer. Salesman negotiated a cash price for new CRV with trade, asked us to initial the deal paperwork, and asked for a credi ever encountered at a dealer. Ten minutes later, I'm expecting to see the deal paperwork (I had a check to pay the remainder), some other guy shows up who knows nothing about what was negotiated and signed, and says the price cannot be honored....and he's upset that I think I've been mislead! Repeat buyer. Will never go back. More

VERY WELL ORGANIZED CRIME. They had used that fact to let me know that I was not qualified for the vehicle that I already searched for and wanted, they told me that I am only qualified for either a used one or the HR-V 2022 which is too small for my family size. At first, when I was receiving CREDIT ALERTS messages on my phone, I asked Muhammad if he had sent requests to other banks other than my own bank where I was approved for the loan, he answered: "No, we will never do anything like that". After they ruined my credit score by running it many time for about 2 weeks, I couldn't go to another dealer and had to get the car they wanted me to get and they have used low credit score to charge me more than double the money the car value. For an HR-V 2022 with a $9,000.00 cash deposit, they charged me over $45,000.00. My car is too small, my kids are fighting for space, my 11year old has to stretch her legs to other seat and end up with legs cramps every day. They had ruined my entire life by messing up my credits, forced me to get a car that is too small for my family and added some protection plans with their affiliated company Zurich Shield that refuses to provide for the services that I paid for. I am giving them a 0 star and I am asking everyone who have been a victim of that type of fraud to join me to report that to the Attorney General Office and spread the news to all Social Media Sites to stop these thieves form ruining other families' life. More

Upon declining and referencing realistic quotes from competing dealerships Mr. Fink was i quoted $10,000 over msrp via text by salesman Joshua Fink. Upon declining and referencing realistic quotes from competing dealerships Mr. Fink was immediately deceptive, confrontational, insulting and boasted of other large markups the dealership had taken from willing customers. A salesman that starts with outright lies and ends with insults does not represent Honda Usa or Honda Village of Newton well. More
