Stephen never gave up on me, he was ready in the morning to make a deal, even before I was. He knew how to get the right deal and I was able to save 4k just because of his knowledge on an EV tax program. I to make a deal, even before I was. We had problems with a Nissan in New York . I came in to cancell my service contract Antonio and Hesam helped me resolve my warranty. Antonio went out of his way to take me to the service depar I came in to cancell my service contract Antonio and Hesam helped me resolve my warranty. AMAZING experience once again at Elk Grove Nissan. Khan has always treated me like family, always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal. Staff always friendly and willing to help. Service, has been good until recently! They have duplicated my issues but will tell me oh it’s normal?? Now they telling me I can’t get put into a loaner even if Nissan authorized it? It’ They have duplicated my issues but will tell me oh it’s normal?? Now they telling me I can’t get put into a loaner even if Nissan authorized it? It’s at the dealership discretion??? WHAT! Seriously? That’s a load of BULL IF YOU ASK ME! So I have to leave my car there for days if I decide to bring it there, without a loaner? That’s not right my car is under warranty only 5500 miles and they are not wanting to help a customer that been going to their dealership for almost 7 years. Also got an email from the service manager in email which shows no customer service. I’ve always been provided loaner while my car is in the shop More

I was so satisfied with the wonderful service that I received from Briana. She was professional, but also down to earth. She took my stress of having to purchase a car away.
