THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WAS UNACCECPTABLE WHEN ASKING FOR THE STATUS OF THE VEHICLE BEING WORKED ON. BEING TOLD THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER COULD NOT TAKE A PHONE CALL DUE TO BEING ON A PERSONAL CALL, IS U FOR THE STATUS OF THE VEHICLE BEING WORKED ON. BEING TOLD THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER COULD NOT TAKE A PHONE CALL DUE TO BEING ON A PERSONAL CALL, IS UNPROFESSIONAL. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO ALL EMPLOYEES.
