I just had the fastest and most pleasurable car buying experience ever thanks to Parks Lincoln of Tampa. However, the hidden gem was our Sales guy, Rodney. Three minutes into meeting Rodney I could tell he wasn't the stereotypical "sales person." We spent weeks test driving different 3rd row SUVs and countless hours talking to Sales Consultants and Managers. But we kept coming back to the Aviator Grand Touring and Rodney. So happy we pulled the trigger and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thanks, Rodney, for making our experience such a positive one. We're gonna miss your jokes :) More

Very good sales experience with Rodney Berry. He was very thorough and kept us laughing. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is I had a hard time getting a return call about buying my current le very thorough and kept us laughing. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is I had a hard time getting a return call about buying my current lease vehicle. That was remedied but it was frustrating when I needed a call back. A trip to the dealership resulted in a new lease so it all worked out. More
