They go above and beyond!!! I have to say I have been coming here for 20 years and will be coming back for as long as I’m around. Maricruz, Corey, and the whole crew are top not I have to say I have been coming here for 20 years and will be coming back for as long as I’m around. Better Experience than Expected Castle Buick of North Riverside IL., has been a great environment for me to conduct Business with. This is not only for Vehicle purchases, but in servicing any needed maintenance for my vehicles as well. Maricruz Roman, is the only Salesperson I'd prefer to work with. Arnold and L.T. are my preferred recommendations to work with when it comes to scheduling service for vehicles. All of these associates are friendly, professional and genuinely down to earth outgoing individuals. I have now purchased 3 vehicles with the great assistance and service of Maricruz. Arnold and I always happen to get into amazing discussions regarding NBA games, players and Championships. L.T. and I usual discuss Business and daily plans/weekend. My most recent vehicle purchase on (July/19/2019) took less than 2 hours & 15 mins. I literally drove Off the Lot in this Time Frame,...that's "Service". Thank you ALL. More

Oil change and tire check LT was very nice.. I use to go to the villa park castle location but I encountered discrimination there. The north riverside dealership is amazing.. s LT was very nice.. Wasted time Brought vehicle in for service due to new 2018 Sierra hesitation in 1st gear on initial start up of the day. Turns out GM is aware of this issue and Brought vehicle in for service due to new 2018 Sierra hesitation in 1st gear on initial start up of the day. Turns out GM is aware of this issue and has no fix for it. And the dealership is unaware of this existing condition. So I brought the car in for nothing and wasted my time along with the dealerships time. You would think that the manufacturer would communicate either with me the customer or the dealership about an issue they are aware of!!!?? If knowing this issue maybe I wouldn't have bought this truck. Also the dealership upon doing nothing to my car, was suppose to was my car prior to picking up. I even asked if they would wash it hours earlier and was told it was. So I get there to pick up my truck and of course it wasn't washed. More
