The overall service has been very bad, particularly this time. First off the loaner car we were given was dangerous to drive. The front 2 tires were at 30psi and the rear tires were at 26psi! We were alerte time. First off the loaner car we were given was dangerous to drive. The front 2 tires were at 30psi and the rear tires were at 26psi! We were alerted though the car 2 days after receiving it. The maintenance service warning was also on the entire time Communication has been very bad. When I called the service department they claimed that we had spoken on November 1st, even though I have not spoken to Genesis in months. They also said are parts came in even though we never ordered anything. We were never told about the recall after our last service, didn't know any info on the recall, and were never notified of it either. We had our car serviced because of a check engine light and our car was returned without it ever being addressed. They said the parts are on back order. My front right side parking sensor was also never addressed even though I asked them to check it. Also there was no communication on when our car would be returned and what was being worked on. Finally, the valet and or service department changed both of our memory seats. I don't understand why they would do that. It's a minor inconvenience but speaks to the overall service. I wouldn't expect this level of service with Hyundai let alone Genesis. I am genuinely concerned to use their service department in the future. I will likely try a different Genesis dealer in the hopes that the service quality is better. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I do appreciate the valet/loaner car. More
