Mario has honestly provided me the best dealership experience I have ever had! I am a first time online purchaser, which I thought was going to be a painful process. I ordered a new 2022 corvette though Mario and with all the challenges with getting new cars today he helped keep me up to date with what was going on in the car industry world. After some time he was able to give me the info on build dates and my delivery date. When picking up my car Mario’s demonstration on the vehicle was spot on and with todays cars it takes a genius to truly understand your car and he made it simple for me. Bought a 2013 Corvette with the help of Mario Adams. Awesome experience. Very happy! The MD State system for tags was down and Mario followed me home, 90 minutes each, way so I could get my Vette hom Awesome experience. Very happy! This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle and it was mostly due to the competence and consideration of our salesman at the Used vehicle location. Mario E.Adams knew the vehicle and answered every question. He also helped pave our way through the financing department and then went the extra steps after we puchased it to make sure that we were satisfied with the entire process. I can recommend Mario E. Adams very highly and I also recommend Criswell Chevrolet for the quality of their used vehicles. We just took our Avalanche on a 1400 mile trip, it ran perfectly!
