Bad experience with Autobarn Subaru Their idea of a background check is to charge your credit card with a subscription to White Pages Premium and Instant Checkmate. I found out the next Their idea of a background check is to charge your credit card with a subscription to White Pages Premium and Instant Checkmate. I found out the next month that these were billed every month. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid monthly charges. Don't expect any assistance from their sales department after you bought the car. This never happened to me with Toyota. They lost a customer. I won't even have my car serviced there. And yes, my check cleared for the price of the car. Really bad dealership. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. More

He answered all of my questions comprehensively and made himself available to me by phone and email as I was considering the purchase of a Crosstrek. The negotiation process was straightforward and no-nonsense, as was the final deal and paperwork which was handled professionally and confidently by Juan Espinal. Mario went the extra mile to be sure my experience was positive and that I was completely satisfied. The service department also did a great job installing a new trailer hitch on the vehicle before pick-up. The dealership as a whole is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! More

The salespeople were nice but the service was AWFUL! When I decided to trade in and upgrade, my Son recommended Autobarn. That's when I met Mario Nowik. In my 70yrs. Of car buying I have dealt with numerous dealerships and salespeople and I can easily say that none has been better than Autobarn and Mario. I never felt pressured, only informed. Spending that amount of money is never easy for me, but I always walk out feeling great about the purchase. I live only 5 miles from a Subaru dealership, and 25 miles from Autobarn but I continue to take my business to Autobarn even for oil changes and will continue to do so. ALL the people I have worked with are kind, courteous, and helpful. I actually feel like Mario Nowik is a friend as well as my salesperson. Thank you Autobarn and Mario Nowik for the wonderful, reliable, luxurious Subaru and especially the exceptional service. More
