We were looking for a good quality used vehicle for our sister. Justin was knowledgeable about the car we selected, provided the Car Facts, and was a no pressure salesman. We agreed on the price, and Marisa contacted us the next day to advise we could come pick up our car. Justin and Marisa were both a pleasure to work with and are both assets to Five Star Ford. We will definitely refer our friends and family to Five Star Ford.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I never thought I would use the term enjoyable in association with car shopping. Marisa Thompson was a delight and I felt she found the most car for my budget. I would definitely recommend Five Star Ford to my friends.

Professionalism and straight forward dealing is what I've twice experienced while Marisa and team have put me in the trucks I wanted at the price point I needed. Props also to Bob Little in finance and William Conner in after market. I will deal only with Marisa Thompson for as long as she sells Ford products, and highly recommend her to anyone interested in getting into a new vehicle.

We came back to 5 Star Ford to buy a new F 150 For Truck. We have known Marisa Thompson for several years and we contunue to purchase vehicles from her. She represents your company very well. Marisa is a positive and competent professional in her business of selling Ford vehicles. She is the main reason why we keep coming back. Also, during our visit, we met Joshua Fichter, the Director of Operations, who also was a lot of help. Bob Little, of finance, was also very cordial and professional in handling our paper work for the purchase. In closing, I also met Jose Garza in the service department after our bed liner and step rails were installed. He was also very good at keeping contact with us as to when our vehicle would be ready for pick up. I have been purchasing new vehicles since Charlie Hillard was @ university & I-30.
Have always purchased Ford trucks. Just to name a few from Nichol's, Westway, South
West @ Weatherford and Five Star Ford. The product for me has always been great. Of all the years I have been purchasing our vehicles. Five Star has been the one that has
been the best in Sales & Service. I have seen much improvement through the years in
many dealerships sales and service practices,as I have also delt with different makes (due to my wife) but none to compare with the friendliest and most courteous @ Five Star. From the moment you get out of your car there is someone there to offer their help in finding someone for you or assisting you in any need. From the last vehicles
I bought 3 yrs ago to the present their motto has always been to please the customer.

My interaction was simple, straight forward, honest, fair, and diligent. No games here. I am happy to endorse the process of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. They sold me the truck I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay, gave me what I asked for my trade, and made the finance and paperwork a snap. I'm sending everyone I know to Marissa. She really worked with us to find the right vehicle, at the right price. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The finance manager didn't try to pressure us into extras. I'm telling you, I'd go back there in a heartbeat.
