I was quoted $2,300 for a repair that I thought was overpriced and two years later went back and had it done for $400. In March I got an estimate from the body shop manager for $6,000 and was told I would see Santa before before I would see him. Another dealer did the repair for $2,100 the next month. The straw was a $40 charge for a signal light bulb. Don’t bother complaining to Melissa, a device advisor, nothing stands between her and her commission on service revenue, Nelson, the service manager will throw you a bone and credit you a couple bucks for the cost of the bulb while totally missing the point about how they conduct business and how ludicrous it is to charge $40 for a bulb not needing replacement or you can attempt to talk with Rob, the GM, but the only time he isn’t tied up is when he is on the toilet but you better bring a good book to stake out the men’s room! If you like being hoodwinked, then Sullivan’s Honda in Torrington, CT is perfect for you. As P.T. Sullivan once said, there is a sucker born every minute… or was that Barnum? More

Just purchased a 2022 CRV, drives great, quite and comfortable. A huge improvement over my 2012 CRV.
