I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Platinum from Five Star Ford. Ray Barns met us immediately and ask which pickup we were interested in. He had our current vehicle appraised. Then he gave us the offer and trade amount. We made our decision and asked when we could pick up the new one. Surprisingly, he said as soon as the paper work was completed. The paper work took maybe 20 minutes and the vehicle was ready to drive away. That is something that has never happened to me.....getting the truck the same day I bought it. The best part of the transaction was dealing with Ray and the other people at the dealership. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Ray Barns was exceptional and I will definitely recommend him to anyone. More

Great experience. Went there as a carper customer so made appointment, met with the rep/salesman Rick Dike. Had the perfect truck waiting for me based on a previous phone conversation, very fair trade in for my existing vehicle. Everyone involved in the transaction, Mark and Dan, were great, very professional, and made me feel very comfortable and good about my purchase. I drove about an hour 45 to get to dealership, well worth the drive Would certainly recommend them in the future More

I saw a truck online and contacted the dealership which assigned Alfred to me. I spoke to Alfred informed him I’d be in at Saturday morning. He had the truck ready for to test drive. No waiting. I was out assigned Alfred to me. I spoke to Alfred informed him I’d be in at Saturday morning. He had the truck ready for to test drive. No waiting. I was out the door in less than 2 hours with the truck. Alfred and Mr. Ake were awesome!! Thank you guys!! More
