Overall Not Satisfied I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Express with the Black Edition. I wanted the truck ordered from factor seeing how there were no local trucks that I wanted I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Express with the Black Edition. I wanted the truck ordered from factor seeing how there were no local trucks that I wanted available. The salesman wasted about 2 weeks trying to find something I didn't want with no update to me until after he got the truck all the way from VA with 900 miles on it already which is outrageous for a brand new vehicle. I ended up biting the bullet and just taking the truck there but there were a bunch of additions on the truck that I didn't want (rain guards, bed rails, pin striping). So the next day I go to pick the truck up which was supposed to be ready hours before and it was still sitting in about the same spot not even close to ready. I had to wait around and have them pull off the guards and clean the truck. I noticed holes cut out of the plastic bed rails and told the salesman they needed to be replaced. He replied with the tonneau cover will just cover them up. I expressed my feeling toward that and told him again to have them replaced. He said they would be in within the week and he would call me. About 2-3 weeks later I have to call back and talk to him again because he forgot all about them and in the mean time I found some hole drilled into the tailgate that they knew about also and didn't say anything about. So, I had to get both bed rails and the tailgate repaired on a brand new truck. All of which they knew about and wouldn't have done anything unless I bothered them multiple times about it. Every time I was told I would get a call back I never did and had to hunt people down myself. Till this day the issue is not resolved and I've already put almost 3000 miles on the truck. \ Another major concern of mine was my trade in truck. I had a 2003 Dodge Dakota which was in very good condition. Mark Dexter and I agreed on a trade in price of $1800 and I was ok with that. When I was signing all the paperwork for the purchase of the new truck he comes back to me and tells me he can only give me $700 for the truck. I ended up having to let my truck go for $1000 or he wouldn't have taken it. Huge issue with the way of business. So for a short summary I would never refer someone here for the simple fact of quality salesmanship. Do what you say! Don't give out a bad product and try to pass it off like nothings wrong then play the stupid game all throughout the process. Act like professionals. More
