I find the service at this dealership to be very good. I have been having my jeeps serviced there for over 3 years now. They take very good care of me and always accommodate me. I did have an problem with have been having my jeeps serviced there for over 3 years now. They take very good care of me and always accommodate me. I did have an problem with my new 2007 Jeep Compass and they worked out the problem and while the car was there they gave me a free rental car. More

Putnam Kia is one of the most friendly and helpful dealerships that I have come across. They are willing to take time to explain what needs to be done and why. The Service advisor has a great attitude dealerships that I have come across. They are willing to take time to explain what needs to be done and why. The Service advisor has a great attitude and she goes above and beyond for your needs. I will NOT EVER go to another Kia dealer with my Sedona. The price for what you get done is fair. There are no hidden suprises. More

Everyone at the front desk was happy and friendly. It was nice to get a call when more work had to be done on my car, to approve replacing my worn brakes and an old air filter.
